The Sure Income Safelist (the "Site") is an online safelist service. Hosting for this safelist is provided by WOODOGGIE.COM, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. Sure Income Safelist and/or WOODOGGIE.COM MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

Sure Income Safelist will not hesitate to remove and revoke any safelist membership and privileges, if it is a violation of these safelist rules and/or our Terms Of Service, you will be removed WITHOUT REFUND - no exceptions.

Sure Income Safelist is a "safe-list". This means that when you join and validate your email address to use with Sure Income Safelist Safelist you are opting in to receive the safelists emails. This makes our program Double Optin, since You AGREE when you join to receive emails from SAFELIST MEMBERS of our safelist. You can not refer to any of the safelist emails as spam. If any spam complaint arises, from any of our members of Sure Income Safelist, full legal action will be taken. We take pride in providing a "SAFE" Marketing program for our members!

ANYONE REPORTING ALLEGED SPAM TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, WITH OUT PHYSICAL PROOF OF SUCH A CLAIM IS GUILTY OF BOTH FRAUD & A CIVIL CRIME AND WILL BE PURSUED AND PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT WILL Sure Income Safelist and/or WOODOGGIE.COM BE LIABLE FOR (I) ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR ANY INFORMATION, OR TRANSACTIONS PROVIDED ON THE SERVICE, OR DOWNLOADED FROM THE SERVICE, OR ANY DELAY OF SUCH INFORMATION OR SERVICE. EVEN IF Sure Income Safelist and/or WOODOGGIE.COM OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICE AND/OR MATERIALS OR INFORMATION DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE SERVICE. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, Sure Income Safelist and/or WOODOGGIE.COM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  • Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sure Income Safelist and/or WOODOGGIE.COM, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.
  • NO USING OF SAME EMAIL ADDRESSES We require you to NOT use the same email address for your list and contact email address. This is to make sure that the we can always reach you, as sometimes list email addresses do bounce or go inactive.
  • NO FALSIFYING OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION You must use Your own name, email addresses and any other info we may ask for the setup of your account. You can not sign up as someone else with the intent of causing damage, fraud or misrepresentation. This includes using email addresses that you may not own or with the intent of causing damage by creating email forwards to another email address you do not own. This is Fraud And Misrepresentation and will be PURSUED AND PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW
  • SPAM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED Promotion of Sure Income Safelist through Unsolicited mail messages including the sending of "junk mail" or other advertising material to individuals who did not specifically request such material, who were not previous customers or with whom the sender did not have an existing business relationship ("E-mail spam"). Purchasing of Email Addresses with the intent to promote Sure Income Safelist will be considered "Email Spam" as these people generally have not given permission for their email address to be sold. WooDoggie Safelist Hosting reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion and based on the information available what constitutes spam as well as what measures are necessary in response to spam complaints.

  • NO PROMOTION OF CHAIN LETTERS and/OR GIFTING CLUBS ADVERTISEMENTS Pyramid schemes and chain letters are illegal in the United States and many other countries.
  • YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE SOLO ADVERTISEMENTS These solo advertisements will be sent by the safelist owner to your contact email address. Not all safelist owners offer solo advertisements. BUT for those that do, when signing up for Sure Income Safelist, you AGREE to receive these advertisements. You can not report these solo emails from Sure Income Safelist as spam, as you are AGREEING to receive this with your said membership to Sure Income Safelist. If you do decide to take this action, full action will be taken by WooDoggie Safelist Hosting and Sure Income Safelist.
  • SOLO ADVERTISEMENTS WooDoggie Safelist Hosting reserves the right to send solo advertisements to the contact email addresses of the safelist members and/or safelist owners. These Solo Advertisements will be sent directly by WooDoggie Safelist Hosting admin to contact email addresses of safelist members found on safelists hosted by WooDoggie Safelist Hosting. Safelist Owners and Safelist Members AGREE to receive these emails with your safelist membership. You can not report these emails from WooDoggie Safelist Hosting as spam, as you are AGREEING to receive this with your said safelist memership with Sure Income Safelist that is hosted through WooDoggie Safelist Hosting. If you do decide to take this action, full action will be taken by WooDoggie Safelist Hosting.
  • YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE MEMBER UPDATES Member updates will be sent by Sure Income Safelist to your contact email address. With your membership to Sure Income Safelist, by joining you are agreeing to receive these updates and can NOT refer to them as spam
  • NO SPAM FILTERS INCLUDING SPAM TERMINATOR Spam filters are NOT permitted on your CONTACT or your LIST email address. This includes: Spam Terminator. Spam Terminator replies once to an email received with an advertisement and this email is also used to verify that the sending email address is valid. This then creates an autoresponse with advertisement, which is not allowed.
  • AUTORESPONDERS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN Anyone using an autoresponder will have their account terminated and will loose all outstanding commissions. NO Second chances, this is your ONLY warning on this matter. This is to keep the list responsive and clean. This includes any autoresponder domains (Getresponse,freeautobot,sendfree,smartreply etc)
  • SPAM BLOCKING EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN Anyone using an spam blocking email address will have their account suspended. As program owners our emails to you must go through without us having to verify we are a real person!! (spamarrest, mailblock etc)
  • NO DISHONEST SUBJECT LINES
    Do NOT put ADMIN in your email subject line

    These are just a few subject lines that have been sent out. We take pride in helping others learn how to market correctly. Honest marketing will get you far.. misleading the other members will get you no where. Your subject ad MUST relate to your email ad. Do not trick members into opening your ad.. most times when you do trick them they will just delete your email.

    MailSeeker is banned due to the feature they have on their email program that harvests any and ALL email addresses from the emails their members receive. As a member of any safelist, it is against the terms of service to harvest email addresses. Any member that is found harvesting an email address from any safelist email, will result in immediate removal from our program without refund and further action will be taken if necessary.

    The above email addresses create TOO many bounced emails and stress on safelists and most time emails are not received from safelist servers to these email addresses. Many of the above email addresses have spam filters which causes emails to bounce back immediately. You will NOT have any problems with the validation process or safelist accounts when you sign up with a RELIABLE Email address.

  • If your mail bounces then your accounts on Sure Income Safelist will be temporarily suspended until you provide an account that mail can be delivered to. Please keep your inboxes clean.
  • Policy Enforcement When Sure Income Safelist and/or WOODOGGIE.COM becomes aware of any alleged violation of this TOS, We will immediately begin an investigation. Sure Income Safelist and.or WOODOGGIE.COM, may at its own discretion anytime during our investigation, restrict a User’s access in order to prevent any further possible unauthorized activity. Sure Income Safelist and/or WOODOGGIE.COM may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate a User’s account and/or pursue other legal remedies. If such violation is a criminal offense, WOODOGGIE.COM will immediately notify the appropriate Law Enforcement Agencies of such violation. Sure Income Safelist may be used for lawful purposes only.
  • Privacy All account information is held in strict confidence, unless subpoena is issued and tendered to us.
  • Member Account, Password And Security You are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your account
  • NO begging/panhandling emails allowed. We like to think of these safelists as business lists for our members and advertisers, with this in mind, we respectfully ask that members do not send out "begging/panhandling" emails. We do not know of your personal circumstances, nor can we or will we ask you to verify your personal situations. This will be enforced to protect our members and our safelist.
  • Please do NOT respond to another members' ad with your own ad. Only respond if you are truly interested in what THEY are offering and you desire more information. Responding to an ad with an ad is the height of rudeness and whether you believe it or not, it is spam. They are already receiving your ads on the individual lists.
  • NO PORNOGRAPHY, ADULT Biz Opps (OF ANY KIND), RACIST or HATE mail
  • Any member attempting to harass, threaten or send any harmful messages to anyone within Sure Income Safelist will have their membership terminated immediately.
  • TerminationThis Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. Sure Income Safelist and/or WooDoggie Safelist Hosting reserves the right to terminate, without refund or liability, the safelist member's membership and/or accounts who do not adhere to the above terms of service set out for each safelist hosted with WooDoggie.Com. Any safelist that is terminated or cancelled by WooDoggie.com or said safelist owner will become the property of WooDoggie Safelist Hosting, including member database. This is done to ensure the safelist members that have joined said safelist will not lose their benefits they are legally entitled to. If Sure Income Safelist was terminated due to violation of WooDoggie Safelist Hosting terms of service, the member database will become property of WooDoggie Safelist Hosting, this includes non-payment for list hosting services provided. Safelist owners will be responsible for all refunds that are due to safelist members. Termination of Sure Income Safelist with Woodoggie Safelist Hosting does not waive safelist owners responsibility for any such refunds. WooDoggie Safelist hosting is not liable for any refunds due to individual safelist members on any safelist that is hosted with WooDoggie Safelist Hosting. WooDoggie Safelist Hosting reserves the right to alter prices, terms and memberships when Sure Income Safelist becomes the property of WooDoggie Safelist hosting.
  • This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of USA applicable to agreements made and to be performed in USA. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Sure Income Safelist and/or WOODOGGIE.COM and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in USA . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Sure Income Safelist and/or WOODOGGIE.COM's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. WOODOGGIE.COM may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
